Cylinder repair and reconditioning

Our technicians are equipped to recondition all types of cylinders, including honing, cleaning, identifying leaks and replacing gaskets.

 1. CYLINDER DISASSEMBLY: Each piece is removed from the cylinder to identify breakage and damage.
2. HONING: Honing involves polishing the inside walls of a cylinder to correct any imperfections therein.
3. CLEANING: Wash the inside of the cylinders with specialized cleaners to remove oil residue and metal particles.
4. REPLACEMENT OF SEALS: All seals and o'rings are replaced.
5. LEAK TESTS: Following reassembly, all cylinder seals entrusted to us are checked and tested to identify possible leaks.

Additionally, in some cases our experienced technicians can modify or fabricate new rods, hands, pistons or even complete cylinders.
